Return & Refund Policy – WildBulk.com
At Wild Bulk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at Emad@wildbulk.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used consumable products (e.g., honey, supplements)
Sale or clearance items
Products returned after 14 days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll make it right immediately with a replacement or refund.
